This 4.1 acre site was one of the first park and recreation sites established in Orangevale. Amenities include one youth baseball field, picnic area, tot lot play area, basketball court, and related parking areas. There are four buildings on the site which include the Youth Center Building, ball field concession/storage building, Corporation Yard Building, and Kidz Korner Preschool House.
The Kidz Korner house was purchased in 1987, and was renovated for use as a pre-school program facility. The Youth Center building is used for youth recreation programs, community meetings, and receptions and banquets of 50 or fewer people. The Corporation Yard was completed in 2009.
