The Top-Notch Cross Country program will be an introduction to cross country running. The goal of the class is to encourage physical health, mental toughness and an introduction to the benefits of long-distance running. We will work out at the Orangevale Community Center Park starting with shorter runs to and work towards increasing the distance as we go. Everyone will set a goal and work on accomplishing it through the class. The club will lean on each other for motivation to take advantage of the team we are building. Class will be recreational and will focus on fun, self-improvement and building self-confidence by pushing ourselves.
