Teens and young adults will learn how to protect themselves through interactive scenario based situations that may occur on school or college campuses, as well as in private and public places. Students will learn Self-Defense and Assertiveness, Anti-abduction, Traffic and Parking Lot Safety, Social Life and Social Media Safety. Students should wear comfortable clothing and closed toed shoes. No jewelry. Please bring bottled water. A parent or legal guardian must accompany children under the age of 18 for this class.
